We at Vital, design detailed Process and Quality plans, whenever we start
manufacturing a new item in our plant. And the production is carried out following the planned designs. Quality is
initiated right from development of design documents, Tooling, Jigs and Fixtures,
Receiving Gauges, Calibrated Measuring instruments, Well qualified Jig Bushes and
Locators. The Tools life is controlled and followed to ensure the right dimensions. Petrol
inspections points are introduced at critical junctures.
Training is very important aspect of Quality Control at our Manufacturing
Facility.
