Sharadendra Sharma (Managing Director) aged 46 Years:
He
is basically a Mechanical Engineer with PostGraduate Diploma in
Marketing Management. He is having more then 25 years of work and
business experience, in the field if Auto component manufacturing
and Machine Tool building. He has wide exposure to Indian and
International business and is well versed with every aspect of
business, including manufacturing, costing, quality control etc.
Professional Qualification:
BE Mechanical, passed in 1981 from Punjab Engineering College,
Chandigarh. PG Diploma in Marketing Management, passed in 1993 from
Symbiosis institute of management, Pune.
Job Engagements:
Started his career with Engineers India Ltd. New Delhi, had exposure
of Piping Design using Computer Aided technique.
During 1981-84, worked with TELCO Pune, had exposure on Tools
Design, SPM building, Production and Machine Tools maintenance.
During 1984-87 worked for Maruti Udyog Ltd. Gurgaon. Worked with
Production Engineering and Production Department, had extensive
exposure of manufacturing Crankshaft, Camshaft, Cylinder Block,
Cylinder Head using CNC and advance & precision equipment
besides had working experience on CMM and tool re-sharpening
section. In this duration, he had extensive experience of Project
management and commissioning.

Priya Sharma (Director):
Aged 42 years, is a BCOM and Cost
Accountant, passed out in 1986. She was engaged Accounts and Finance
with various organisations and now she is involved with
Vital Castings Ltd. Beside Accounts she looks after Admin,
Personal Management
& Procurement.

LC Sharma (Director):
aged 74 years, is a retired
Prof. from Haryana Govt. Services. He has served with Govt. of
Haryana for 38 years at various places.The directors are assisted by
service personnel for Production, Quality Control, Product
Development, Finance and Accounts, Personnel and Labor Welfare and
Material Management etc.
